Strawberry banana ice cream

Try this four-ingredient recipe for a dessert that’s quick and easy to make. With no added sugar, the ice cream is sweetened naturally by the strawberries, bananas and cream.


2 bananas, frozen and sliced
½ cup frozen strawberries
2 tablespoons heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy, similar to soft serve ice cream.
  2. Transfer into an airtight container and freeze for at least three hours, then scoop and serve.
