Reach out to your Delta Dental sales representative to get a quote today. Just provide the following information and we’ll take it from there:

  • Business name
  • ZIP code
  • County
  • Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code
  • Number of eligible employees
  • Employer’s dental contribution
  • Whether the client has prior comprehensive coverage

To get credit for your sales, you must be appointed with Delta Dental. The simplest way to apply for appointment is online. Once you’re registered, you can apply for appointment and update and manage your account preferences. If you need help, reach out to our Producer Services team.

The commission structure for selling our Small Business Program is straightforward — you'll earn 10%² of the premium for all new sales and renewals.

Broker rewards program
In addition to our standard commission, our broker rewards program may allow you to earn even more.³ Contact a Sales account executive for more information.

Every broker who currently has a small business client with us is automatically enrolled in the rewards program, and each new broker is automatically enrolled with their first small business sale. You can register on the dashboard to track your earned rewards as your sales climb.⁴
