Low-sugar chocolate chip cookies

Love chocolate chip cookies, but don’t love all of the sugar? This recipe drastically reduces the sugar while maintaining the taste, making these the perfect way to satisfy your cookie craving.

Ingredients:

1 heaping cup flour
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine dry ingredients, including chocolate chips.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Form dough into balls and place on a cookie sheet about an inch apart.
  5. Bake for six to seven minutes, or until slightly browned.
  6. Cool on baking sheet for two minutes, then move to a wire rack.

Enjoy with a cold glass of enamel-strengthening milk!
