No two clients are the same. We’ll help you build a plan that fits your needs and your budget.
Everyone deserves options. That’s why all Delta Dental PPO plans offer standout features like worldwide coverage and a claims cost safety net if your enrollees go outside of the PPO network.¹
All DeltaCare USA plans cover teeth whitening, orthodontics for adults and children as well as all-inclusive copayments that cover lab fees and material upgrades. Plus, unlike most copay plans, DeltaCare USA plans offer orthodontic takeover, which means enrollees in active treatment (tooth movement has begun) can visit their same orthodontist with the same coverage — even if the provider isn’t in our network.¹
Do both products sound too good to pass up? Offer both and let enrollees choose.
Beyond choosing coverage levels and setting annual deductibles and maximums, you design the options and features that make sense for your group.¹
Whether you want to give enrollees the ability to “buy up” coverage with better benefits or increase plan options over time, there’s a design for everyone. You can also recommend PPO plans to help enrollees limit their out-of-pocket costs and adjust out-of-network reimbursement to control claims costs. And, you can even offer an incentive-type plan that rewards enrollees for taking care of their smiles.
Add your extras¹
Go ahead — give them a little something extra. Extra cleanings? The ability to exclude diagnostic and preventive care from the annual maximum? We offer both!
Considering extra coverage for high-risk enrollees? We offer that, too! With SmileWay® Wellness Benefits, you can add an extra wellness benefit to your PPO plan, which gives enhanced coverage to enrollees with certain medical conditions including: diabetes, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, rheumatoid arthritis or stroke.²
How do you want to pay for your plan? If you value predictable plan costs and want to avoid the uncertainty of a potential spike in claims costs, fully-insured funding might be best because we’ll take on the risk for claims costs. If you’re comfortable with assuming a little risk and just paying us for administrative costs, you could consider ASO funding (for PPO plans only).
Premium contribution choices
You know your group and your benefits objectives better than anyone. That’s why you decide who pays the majority of your plan premium. From 100% employer-paid to completely voluntary — and everything in between — we offer a plan to fit your needs.
