Delta Dental Insurance Administration for Small Businesses

Your partner in success

We've got useful tools and resources to help you manage your plan.

Plan options: Find the best fit for your business

Our Delta Dental PPO™ plans offer implant coverage for groups of all sizes. Also, DeltaCare® USA plans cover teeth whitening, night guards and orthodontics for children and adults.

Dental plan options with room to grow

Our portfolio of plans provides flexibility and variety. Many of our plans allow groups to choose between varying coinsurance, deductible and maximum levels.

Optional features to fit your needs

Another easy way to adjust your small business plan is to add one of our optional plan features. These additional features do vary by plan and state.

Consider your options for optimal flexibility

We offer both voluntary and employer-paid dental plans, so you can weigh your options with peace of mind. Any way you slice it, you should feel good knowing you’re offering your enrollees the coverage they need to stay healthy.

Managing your small business (2-99 employees)

We've got the tools and a team of Delta Dental small business experts in your corner ready to help.

We provide a wide variety of tools, including videos, PDFs and other documents, to help you easily administer your dental plan.

Shareable flyers

Use these flyers to help explain popular dental benefits topics to enrollees. If there’s another topic that interests you, reach out to your account manager for additional materials to share.

Visit our oral health and wellness library for additional flyers and oral health education resources.

Customized dental benefits videos

Delta Dental offers customized videos to explain your dental benefits and how the plan works. Enrollees can learn about services that are available on our website and other useful information to make the most of their dental benefits.

Online enrollee tools

The easiest way to help your enrollees understand how to use and maximize your group’s dental plan is to suggest that they register for our enrollee online services.

Enrollees can also view their benefits, print ID cards and find a network dentist.

The Delta Dental Small Business Program partners with several TPAs to help ensure a comprehensive customer experience. Each client is assigned a TPA, who you will contact for questions about managing your plan — from enrollment to renewal. This service model can help you focus more on your business and less on your benefits.

View our TPA directory for contact information. If yours is not listed here, please contact your TPA.

Your TPA will help you:

  • Manage eligibility and billing
  • Complete (and renew) your group contract
  • Find answers to questions about enrollment, billing and renewal

TPAs make paying bills simple. Your TPA will either send you monthly statements, or let you view your statements online. Here are a few ways to pay:

  • Pay online through your TPAs website (if available)
  • Automatic debit from your account
  • Send a check to the address indicated on your invoice

To better support you and your enrollees, Delta Dental will help you:

  • Understand how to maximize your benefits
  • Answer your enrollees' benefits and claims questions
  • Share plan information with your enrollees

Need extra help explaining a specific dental benefits topic during open enrollment or throughout the life of your plan? We’ve got plenty of materials to help. Post them in your office or save on your desktop for quick access.
