Medicare Advantage compliance and training

Delta Dental's Compliance Program is our commitment to business integrity and ethical behavior. As a first-tier entity to the Medicare Advantage Organizations with which we contract, we ensure full Medicare Advantage compliance for all providers of health or administrative services for Medicare Advantage dental benefits.

You can find the requirements for compliance outlined on the Medicare Advantage Compliance Attestation forms. These forms will apply to all practice locations under your dental organization.​

Medicare Advantage training

Contracted Dentists and their employees and subcontractors must complete General Compliance and Fraud, Waste and Abuse training within 90 days of hiring and annually thereafter.

Ethics Guide and Business Code of Conduct

Each practice must have a written code of conduct that meets current requirements in place. Your practice may also choose to incorporate Delta Dental’s Ethics Guide and Code of Business Conduct to meet this requirement. You must distribute it to each dental office employee within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter.
