Watermelon feta blackberry skewers

These tricolor fruit kabobs make a quick and tasty summer snack. You’ll get a boost of calcium from the feta cheese, while the watermelon and blackberries feature gum-supporting vitamin C.

Ingredients:

1 small watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
6 ounces feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
Blackberries
Short skewers or toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Slide a cube of watermelon, a cube of feta cheese and one blackberry onto each skewer.
