1 bag baby spinach
1 can mandarin oranges in water (not syrup) or 1 fresh Clementine, peeled and broken into pieces
½ cup sliced carrots
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup sugar-free raspberry vinaigrette
¼ cup crumbled goat or feta cheese
