Strawberry frozen yogurt

This creamy treat uses frozen strawberries to flavor yogurt and give it an ice cream-like consistency.


1 16-ounce package of frozen strawberries
½ cup (or recommended equivalent) sugar-free sweetener
½ cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Combine strawberries and sugar substitute in a food processor and pulse until chopped.
  2. Gradually add the yogurt and lemon juice.
  3. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. Enjoy!
