Delta Dental’s Small Business Broker Rewards Program is helping brokers elevate their earnings this year by simplifying the program's requirements.

The program allows brokers who sell and retain eligible groups of 2-99 lives to earn additional compensation of up to 5%. If you’re new to selling Delta Dental, your new sales alone qualify.

New sales bonuses are based on the number of new groups or total new annualized premium achieved during 2025. If you sell more and retain your existing business, your rewards increase.
 

What are the changes?

Changes to the 2025 program include:

  Retention threshold lowered — We’ve decreased the minimum retention rate from 92% to 85%.

  Reduced premium threshold — We’ve lowered the entry-level premium threshold from $150,000 to $50,000.

  Login update — You only have to log in once after registering to qualify for rewards — not every year. Of course, logging in keeps you up to date with your  progress and lets you view your expected rewards.
