What experience, person or thing had the biggest impact on your life?

My grandmother has always been one of the most influential figures in my life. She instilled in me the belief that anything is possible and that telling our stories brings people closer together. Now, as a new grandmother, I'm excited to pass these values down to my grandson.

How do you feel about AI?

Advancements in AI are transforming how we live, work, and access healthcare and it has been transformative for the patient-provider experience. By embracing and integrating these technologies responsibly, we can enhance our customer interactions and improve health outcomes for patients.

One thing you wish you knew earlier?

Focus on doing the right things, rather than simply more things. By embracing this mindset and fostering it within your organization, you'll create the space to prioritize effectively and drive greater impact.

What's your biggest motivation?

My children have been one of my biggest motivations throughout my career. Their generation encourages each other to be open about their health journeys, which has profoundly influenced my own and taught me valuable lessons in advocating for myself.
