  • For DeltaCare USA: SKYGEN will mail you a paper check for your capitation payments along with your patient roster. Electronic options will be available in the near future.
  • For both PPO and DeltaCare USA: We'll issue your first claims payment by check along with a notice outlining other payment methods available for future payments (check, ACH, or virtual card). We have worked with SKYGEN to offer options, including free ACH through the SKYGEN ePayment Center. Some options have fees so please make sure to review closely.
    • If you are enrolled with Zelis, a payment solutions company used by SKYGEN, you will need to take action as soon as you receive your first claims payment. Otherwise, subsequent payments will be delivered according to your existing setup, which may include fees. If you are not enrolled with Zelis and do not select one of the payment options available, you will continue to receive payments by paper check.

What stays the same

  • Your Delta Dental PPO and DeltaCare USA compensation won’t change.
  • Use Provider Tools to manage patients for all other Medicare Advantage plans and groups.
  • Use Provider Tools or call Delta Dental for any demographic changes for your practice.
  • Delta Dental will continue to manage your credentialing and recredentialing.
