Jennifer MacGilvray is Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for Delta Dental of California, an enterprise that encompasses 15 states and Washington, D.C.
Jenn leads our Quality Organization that drives the programs designed to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of how we deliver to our stakeholders. She oversees several functions in her role, including Business Implementation and Claims Operations; Grievance and Appeals; Payment Integrity; Business Process Management; Strategy Enablement; Product Management; Dental Affairs and Oversight; and Customer Experience.
Jenn brings nearly 25 years of business strategy and technology experience to her role. Prior to Delta Dental, she held a variety of leadership positions at UnitedHealthcare including Vice President, Enterprise Claims and Capability; Senior Director, Business Technology and Process Optimization; and Director, Portfolio Planning, Business Architecture and Analysis. Jenn also served in several marketing and operations-related functions during a seven-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase.
Jenn holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania, with certifications in project management, six sigma and business architecture.
