Jennifer Cheles, Vice President, Strategy Integration

Jennifer Cheles is Vice President of Strategy Integration for Delta Dental of California, an enterprise that encompasses 15 states and Washington, D.C.

In her role, Jennifer is responsible for partnering across the enterprise to formulate Delta Dental’s strategic plan and facilitate its integration into the business to drive organizational transformation and growth.

Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience across multiple business sectors leading organizational change, operations excellence, merger and acquisition integration, and culture transformation. Prior to Delta Dental, she held a variety of leadership roles during her 13 years with UnitedHealth Group working across both UnitedHealthcare and Optum. Earlier in her career, she was a Principal Consultant for eLoyalty and a Quality and Performance Improvement Program Leader for Maritz.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree in communications management from Missouri State University.
