Earl Parker is Senior Vice President of Customer Operations for Delta Dental of California, an enterprise that encompasses 15 states and Washington, D.C.
As head of Customer Operations, Earl leads the Enterprise Contact Center and Government Programs Operations functions, including Medi-Cal Dental and Federal Government Operations, across three Delta Dental enterprise locations.
Prior to Delta Dental, Earl led operations for several large and small organizations including MetLife Insurance Company, where he oversaw MetLife’s retail annuities, group life and group dental contact center operations. He held similar roles at JPMorgan Chase and First North American National Bank.
Earl holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Business Administration in international business from Texas A&M International University.
