Earl Parker Jr., Chief Operations Officer, Delta Dental of California

Earl Parker is Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Delta Dental of California, an enterprise that encompasses 15 states and Washington, D.C.

As head of Operations, Earl is responsible for the member experience, including the Enterprise Contact Centers, Mail Services, Print and Fulfillment and Government Programs Operations functions across three Delta Dental enterprise locations. 

Prior to Delta Dental, Earl led operations for several large and small organizations including MetLife Insurance Company, where he oversaw MetLife’s retail annuities, group life and group dental contact center operations. He held similar roles at JPMorgan Chase and First North American National Bank. 

Earl holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Business Administration in international business from Texas A&M International University.
