Dominic Titcombe, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Delta Dental of California

Dominic Titcombe is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Delta Dental of California, an enterprise that encompasses 15 states and Washington, D.C. In his role, Dominic leads the Technology organization, overseeing a team of more than 1,100 people.

Dominic is an accomplished information technology professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in engineering and integrating large enterprise-level solutions. Prior to Delta Dental, Dominic held a variety of roles as a Vice President on the technology team at Charles Schwab, where he led the organization’s centralized enterprise architecture, application delivery and customer data, and investment management technology development functions. Dominic began his tenure at Charles Schwab building and designing several of the core technology platforms used in support of mutual funds trading. He also worked in the technology group of Lloyds Bank in his native United Kingdom.

Dominic earned a bachelor’s degree in physics and computation studies from the University of Bath.
