Alicia Weber, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Delta Dental of California

Alicia Weber is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Delta Dental of California, an enterprise that encompasses 15 states and Washington, D.C. Alicia is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization.

Alicia joined Delta Dental in 1993 and has held various senior roles within Finance, including Senior Vice President, Group Vice President and Vice President/Controller, where she was instrumental in not only overseeing key financial operation-related functions but also introduced new departments into the organization including Treasury Services, Business Process Management Center of Excellence (COE) and Data Analytics and Governance COE. Today, Alicia directs all enterprise financial functions, including Accounting and Financial Reporting, Payroll, Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury Services, Underwriting and Actuarial, Procurement and Facilities.

Prior to joining Delta Dental, Alicia worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Audit and Assurance Services practice.

Alicia received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California State University, Chico. She is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA).
