How to set up and manage your FEDVIP member account

  1. Visit Delta Dental's member portal registration page.
  2. Validate your account by providing your name, Social Security number or member ID, date of birth and member type.
  3. Select Proceed to register
     

Once registered, you can find a dentist, understand your benefits and view claims. Although an ID card isn’t needed for dental visits, you can easily view or print one.

    Delta Dental now offers paperless reimbursement of your dental claims through the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS). If you sign up for a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) and paperless reimbursement, FSAFEDS will automatically send eligible out-of-pocket dental expense reimbursements directly to your checking or savings account via electronic funds transfer, with little or no paperwork.

No. Simply tell your dental office you're covered by Delta Dental PPO™ and provide your name, the primary member's or sponsor's name, date of birth and member ID or Social Security number. If you’d like a physical copy of your insurance card, you can easily print your ID card from the member portal.
