Delta Dental hosts in-person Provider Advisory Council in Denver

Leading tier members of Delta Dental’s Provider Advisory Council (PAC) gathered in Denver, Colorado to connect, collaborate and shape the future of dentistry this year from April 28 to April 30.

This annual event brings together a group of Delta Dental providers and dental professionals, creating a dynamic forum where the dental community voice is heard and represented, and key industry topics are explored alongside Delta Dental’s leadership.

Over three impactful days, attendees participated in:

  • Updates on Delta Dental’s progress related to our purpose and vision by Mohammad Navid​ (Executive Vice President and Chief Relationship and Business Development Officer​ and Executive Co-Chair of PAC) and Jennifer MacGilvray (Executive Vice President and Chief Quality Officer)
  • Status on key programs and their results
  • Small group sessions on practice management
  • Sessions to gain additional insights on new improvements to Provider Tools


Beyond the sessions, attendees had time to relax and experience Denver while enjoying activities that included local cuisine, live music and opportunities to explore the area with fellow providers and Delta Dental leaders.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the PAC members who attended the 2026 conference. This event helps channel our ongoing efforts for the rest of the year and strengthens our partnership with dental providers and their teams. One of our priorities this year is enhancing how we listen and respond to feedback, and the PAC continues to be a critical channel for that engagement.

    As we head into our fourth year of the PAC, we’re excited to continue to offer opportunities for providers to connect, collaborate and influence the direction of dental care. Applications to join the PAC will be opening again later this year and we encourage any interested providers to get involved.
