Getting started: here’s what you’ll need to do

If you don’t have a CAQH account yet:

• Register for the CAQH Provider Data Portal service, update your profile with the latest information and provide Delta Dental authorization to access your data. 
   

If you have a CAQH account:

• Sign in and ensure your CAQH profile is up to date, especially if you are currently due for re-credentialing. Once you’re in, if you don’t already have global authorization, make sure you authorize Delta Dental to access your data.
   

For both cases, ensure your profile and documents are complete and up-to-date. This provides healthcare organizations like Delta Dental with instant access to accurate, timely administrative information without multiple follow-ups.

This service is free for providers and registering for it unlocks the following features:

• Ability to self-register before joining a plan network
