How easily can potential patients find you?

When people are looking to get care, you want it to be easy for them to find your practice and come in. One of the best ways to accomplish this is by having an up-to-date directory listing, and the best way to do that is by keeping your information current on Provider Tools. Here’s how.
 

  1. Log in to Provider Tools. If you don’t already have an account, it’s free to create one, and it provides a great way to check patients’ benefits, manage claims and more.
  2. On the Provider Tools homepage, click My account, then click Directory profile.
  3. For the practice location you want to make changes to, click “Start” under the Actions column.
  4. Make your desired changes to the practice location. You can update the practice name, address, contact information, office hours and more. If you want to finish making changes at a later time, you can click “Save as draft”. Otherwise, just click Submit and you’re done.
