Here's what else you need to know about Medicare Advantage PPO patients

  • Services for Medicare Advantage PPO patients are only covered if you are part of Delta Dental's Medicare Advantage PPO network. Please check eligibility and benefits prior to treatment.
  • Some partners are changing the coverage available to your patients. Make sure to log in to Provider Tools to see the details.
  • As with any other eligible patient with a PPO plan, you agree to accept the lesser of your PPO contracted fee or the fee submitted on the claim.
  • Molina Healthcare will offer a diagnostic and preventive benefit through Delta Dental in 2024.
