SmileWay is an optional enhancement available with Delta Dental PPO™ plans that provides eligible members with additional preventive and periodontal care. By encouraging more frequent dental maintenance, SmileWay helps employees stay healthier and helps employers support long-term health outcomes.

SmileWay Wellness Benefits can be added to eligible Delta Dental PPO group plans. Once added, covered members and their dependents who have been diagnosed with 1 of the 14 chronic conditions including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), cancer, chronic kidney disease, diabetes and heart disease, will qualify for enhanced preventive and periodontal services.
