Pediatric coverage is required under the Essential Health Benefit (EHB) under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Children through age 26 must be enrolled in a pediatric dental plan for their medical coverage to meet the EHB requirement. Adult coverage is offered through some plans offered by ConnectiCare when purchased.

- View or print your digital ID card. Please note: An ID card is not needed to receive services.
- Go paperless by signing up to receive email notifications when a dental benefit statement is available online and discontinue your mailed statements. (Delta Dental PPO™ enrollees only)
