    • View or print your ID card (Please note: An ID card is not needed to receive services.)
    • Go paperless by signing up to receive email notifications when a dental benefit statement is available online and discontinue your mailed statements. (Delta Dental PPO™ and Delta Dental Premier enrollees only)
