Green tea matcha smoothie

Matcha, or Japanese powdered green tea, has antibacterial properties that are great for your oral health, and it may also have anti-anxiety and anti-stress activities, as well. Since matcha is a powder, it’s easy to add to smoothies for a tasty pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

1½ cups coconut milk
1 tsp matcha
1½ cups frozen mango
1 ripe avocado

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a chilled tall glass. Enjoy!
