    Start by choosing a dentist that's right for you. You have the flexibility to select one from a broad network of general dentists and the freedom to change your dentist at any time.

    Please note: Clicking the Find a dentist button will take you to a filtered version of the main Delta Dental provider website. If you edit the network filters, or click on certain links, you may find information on our main site that is not specific to your plan and benefits.

    • Find a network dentist near you.
    • Select or change your dentist in one of the following ways:
      • Create an online account and select your dentist through the member portal.
      • Call 1-877-644-1774 for assistance with selecting or changing your dentist.
        Once selected, visit this dentist for your oral care needs until you decide to choose a different one in the future.
        *Selections made by the 15th of the month are effective immediately.
        Selections made on or after the 16th of the month will be effective on the first day of the following month.
